General Ji Hongchang is considered a hero in the war against Japanese invaders.

He refused his superior’s command to attack the Red Army, which was led by the Communist Party of China, because he believed the whole country was threatened by the Japanese military.

He formed an army, using his own money, to fight against Japanese troops. He also founded an alliance to help combat fascism.

He contributed his fortune and himself to the Chinese Battlefield in the WWII.
