The Heat

Palestinians have pushed for a separate non-Jewish state in Gaza and along the West Bank For several decades. Since last summer’s war in Gaza, the re-election of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Israel and fears of an ISIL insurgency, it is still uncertain if a single state is the only remaining solution.

It’s the first anniversary of last summer’s war in the Gaza Strip. Thousands of Palestinians remain displaced. CCTV America’s Stephanie Fried has more details.
