For the first time in the U.S., a fashion week dedicated solely to menswear. Paris and Milan used to be the only two cities that had separate men and women fashion weeks. In 2012, London jumped on board, leaving New York as the only major fashion city without a menswear week until now. The event is being considered a game changer as research shows the purchasing power of men in fashion and beauty is on the rise. It’s being held in New York City this week.
