Car-share apps raise fairs for surprising reasons

Cab-hailing apps in China have been providing high-end car hire services for some time now. If you use them now on a rainy day or in peak hours, you will probably find a surprise.

They used to give out coupons to make the service cheaper, but now not only have the coupons gone away, but the charges for the rides have gone up according to the weather.

ICS’s Mi Jiayi filed this report for CCTV.
