The rise of digital photography was disastrous for Eastman Kodak, but one of its manufacturing facilities, located in Rochester, New York has been reinvented into a new kind of hub for innovation that’s said to be a hot spot for many startups.

There are currently 60 different businesses that range from food manufacturers to chemical makers that have either leased or bought space in the park. The company hopes that the park can regain some of its past glory as a center of innovation.
