The FBI says active shooter incidents in the United States have doubled in frequency since 2000. That has law enforcement in the United States preparing for situations in which a gunman fires into a crowd of people.

CCTV’s Hendrik Sybrandy filed this report on a new type of training that’s designed for a relatively new type of threat.
