World leaders will gather in Paris later this month for the United Nations Conference on Climate Change.

Officials from the Pacific Islands say their very existence is threatened and are urging industrialized nations to take action now. People of vulnerable parts of the world say their people are threatened by rising seas, violent storms and disease.

CCTV America’s Roee Ruttenberg reports.
