Miami. Fort Lauderdale. St. Augustine. Across the U.S. state of Florida it looks like cities are slowly being swallowed. Correspondent John Zarrella reports on the climate crisis engulfing Florida. He tells us about the costs, concerns and forecast for the future.

Flooding in Florida has reached alarming new heights in recent years. As sea levels rise and severe weather persists, residents are finding themselves drenched by the deluge.

Last December, close to 200 countries signed an historic climate change agreement in Paris.  The legally binding deal will reduce greenhouse gas emissions worldwide with China and the United States leading the way.  

But the deal may not come soon enough for Florida.  Many there consider it the most vulnerable place in the world.  They’re not just talking about rising sea levels — they’re already living with it.
