4.5 million Syrians fled to other countries as Syria war enters 6th year

As Syria’s war enters its sixth year, one monitoring group estimates close to half a million people have been killed.
Nearly half of the population has been uprooted and much of the country is in ruins. More than 4 and a half million Syrians have fled to neighboring countries, many living in refugee camps.
