Syrian peace talks resume in Geneva on Wednesday. The United Nations Special Envoy for Syria said the agenda will focus on a political transition.

The upcoming peace talks will be a crucial one as it hopes to end the crisis in Syria.

The result of the peace talks will take place in Geneva but their repercussions will resound across every city across the country, like Al-Qaryatain where a fierce battle took place for control of the town leaving its toll visible everywhere and with no hope on the horizon for the peace talks.
