The video and images were taken by CCTV reporter Xu Dezhi on Monday.

“At 5 in the afternoon, a canon bomb was launched which is a gas container put on detonator. It fell on this building and destroyed a whole apartment, three were killed and 11 wounded,” a Midan resident named Faruk said.

Not far from the site, people said the truce has diminished, but not stopped, the shelling.

“This is the fifth or sixth time, so we are used to this. The situation now is better than last week, last week it was more, in one place more than 20 gas containers fell and complete neighborhoods were fallen down,” said Georges, another resident. He did not give a last name.
