US and Russia call for Syrian truce

Syrian residents are cautiously welcoming the U.S.-Russia agreement to end violence. The deal was reached by those powers, which back opposing sides in the conflict. A nationwide truce is due to start at sundown Monday. Turkey and the European Union are endorsing the deal, but warn that further action is needed. CCTV’s Sean Callebs reports.
