It’s the last weekend for the bitterly contested presidential race. This year, hundreds of thousands of Asian and Latin Americans join the ranks of “new” voters, as registration skyrocketed. But a challenge remains in getting voters to the polls.

CCTV’s Sean Callebs attended a rally in a Latino stronghold in New York City and has more on what’s at stake in this year’s election.
