Latest Brexit talks in Brussels called “constructive,” though no breakthroughs made

“Constructive” – that’s how British Prime Minister Theresa May and EU Commission President Jean Claude Juncker described their latest talks in Brussels.

No breakthroughs on Brexit were announced.

But they did agree to meet again at the end of February.

There’s just over a month to go before Britain is due to leave the EU.
