Ukraine’s prime minster has blamed former President Viktor Yanukovich for the deaths of dozens of people shot dead during the protests that toppled his regime.
Russia has recalled its ambassador to NATO after member countries suspended their cooperation with the Kremlin over the deadlock.

And Ukraine is now paying 80 percent more for imported Russian gas following the second price hike this week.

U.S. Senator John Hoeven (R-ND) is one of several lawmakers pushing President Obama to take further steps in response to the crisis in Ukraine, including increasing natural gas exports to Europe.
