With tensions mounting between the White House and the Kremlin over the Ukraine crisis, U.S. President Barack Obama has called Russian President Vladimir Putin.
U.S. and and Ukrainian officials have accused Russia of meddling in Ukraine’s affairs, however Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov has denied this, claiming it is not in Russia’s best interest to do so. CCTV’s Jim Spellman reports.
