The search has resumed for survivors in a passenger ferry accident off the coast of South Korea. Bad weather has hampered rescue efforts. 

Of the 475 people aboard the ferry, 14 were confirmed dead early on Thursday, with 287 still missing. Coast guard officials put the number of survivors early on Thursday at 179, with dozens of those sustaining injuries. CCTV’s Terrence Terashima reports with details from Seoul.
