Divers have resumed recovery operations at the sunken South Korean ferry. At least 86 people have been confirmed dead. More than 200 are still missing. Meanwhile, South Korean President Park Geun-hye has stated that the actions of the captain and some of the crew “are absolutely unacceptable, unforgivable actions that are akin to murder.”
