Continuing his five day visit to the region, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi arrived in Buenos Aires on Tuesday night to meet with officials including President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner. Ties between Argentina and China continue to develop into what both countries see as a strategic relationship both in terms of trade and policy.

China has become Argentina’s second largest trade partner after Brazil. But some Chinese executives concede there’s still a long way to go to balance that relationship. The telecommunications firm ZTE has been in Argentina for 10 years now.CCTV’s Joel Richards has this report.
