Canada has the world’s third largest video game industry and most of the big name games that have sold well were developed in Montreal.  Now other cities are trying to emulate the city’s success by offering tax breaks.  But that could mean trouble for small-time “indie” developers and start-ups.  Kristiaan Yeo reports from Toronto.
