For more than 20 years the tech giants Microsoft and Apple’s Mac have been in a battle to answer one simple question: who will dominate the market for computer operating systems.  Now, Google is jumping into the contest with the Chrome OS.  It has only been in existence for less than three years and it’s primarily been thought of as being for low-budget computers for education, but many have learned to never underestimate Google.  Mark Niu reports.
