Abe Looks to Lift Japan\'s Ban on Collective Self-defense

China urges Japan to reverse its recent military moves. The latest involves re-interpreting the country's pacifist constitution. A panel of Japanese experts set-up by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, has recommended that Japan adopt the right of collective self defense in a limited capacity.
