He will first lift energy subsidies off the rich and heavy industry such as steel and cement He will then renegotiate prices of land sold to investors at lower than market values during Mubarak’s presidency.

The presidential hopeful will also restructure the distribution and production of wheat for bread by helping youth open thousands of new bakeries to control market prices.
