The British government launched an International Protocol to end sexual violence. In London, the move comes on the second day of a major summit on sexual violence — billed as the biggest event of its kind.
British Foreign Secretary William Hague and U.N. special envoy Angelina Jolie, sought international support for a new plan to end impunity for sexual crimes committed in war zones.
Hague and Jolie released the proposed protocol during the summit designed to focus world attention on the problem. CCTV’s Dan Whitehead reports.
