Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi has shrugged off concerns over his security and led a bicycle marathon in the capital, Cairo.

Sisi and hundreds of students, mainly from the military academy, cycled for about 20 km to promote alternative transportation and to save power subsidies on petroleum. CCTV’s Adel EL Mahrouky reports.
