Peru is facing challenges of its own, as its economy shows more signs of strain. Investment is slowing down because of bureaucratic red tape. Its economy expanded just two percent in April, the slowest monthly rate since 2009. Now the government is trying to approve reforms to make it easier to do business in the country. But some including the country’s minister for the environment say the move may come at the expense of the environment. CCTV’s Dan Collyns reports from Lima.
