Ships leave port to participate in RIMPAC

Twenty-two of the world’s navies are taking part in another day of Rim of the Pacific exercises. CCTV’s Nathan King reports from Pearl Harbor as several ships left the port to participate.

South Korean destroyer heads out to sea

Nathan King reports details about South Korean ship as it leaves port during RIMPAC.

The Japanese Destroyer Kirishima also left port on its way to take part in the biennial maritime exercises. This particular ship was laid down in 1992 and named for Japan’s Mount Kirishima.
