Russian President Putin to visit Cuba

Global Business

The two countries have long-standing ties since the Cold War. But the value of trade between the two is small — just 2 percent of Cuban exports go to Russia, and the value of trade between the two is around $170 million.

But Russian energy firms have been active exploring oil wells off Cuba’s coast. CCTV’s Michael Voss is following President Putin’s visit.
