UN unanimous in aid for Syria

Syria’s humanitarian crisis is bringing about a rare agreement at the United Nations. The Security Council met in New York Monday to discuss the situation in Syria and voted unanimously for an aid access resolution.
Russia and China tend to support the Syrian government position, while the U.S. and its European allies back the oppositions. But all leaders agree the Syrians holed-up in rebel-held areas have no access to basic supplies and they need help. Liling Tan reports from the U.N..
