Typhoon Rammasun has killed at least 12 in the Philippines Wednesday, according to the country’s National Risk Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.

Three were killed when a wall crumbled in Quezon Province, and an 11-month-old toddler died after hit by a rock splashed from a crashing house. Three fishermen are reported missing in the nearby waters of Catanduanes Province.

Typhoon Rammasun is moving westward after it made landfall in the east coast city of Legaspi. It has caused a serious power outage in Manila and displaced hundreds of thousands of people.

Rammasun is expected to move out of the Philippines and towards the China Sea by Thursday.
