Stars of the Harry Potter movies are in Japan to open a new themed attraction at Universal Studios, including English actor Tom Felton, who plays Harry Potter’s rival Draco Malfoy, and actress Evanna Lynch, who plays Luna Lovegood.

The Osaka, Japan attraction is only the second in the world after Universal Studios Orlando, which opened its Diagon Alley expansion last week.

Some fans, dressed up in their own costumes, were delighted to be able to walk through the “wizarding world” they have read about for so long.

After Orlando and Osaka, Universal will also bring the world of “Harry Potter” to its Hollywood theme park in 2016, part of a multi-year revamp of its film-themed attractions. CCTV’s Sheng Li reports.
