Progress has been made at the MH17 crash site in Eastern Ukraine, as experts were able to find remains of victims and parts of the plane wreckage.

International experts search for remains at site as fighting continues

Progress has been made at the MH17 crash site in Eastern Ukraine. OSCE representatives and a large group of international experts continue their search as fighting rages in the area.

At the downed Malaysian Airlines MH17 crash site, the investigation continues. Over 70 International experts are back to work, searching for victims’ remains.

The OSCE team had announced recovered remains would be put into refrigerated trains and sent to the Netherlands for examination and identification. But safety is still an issue in Eastern Ukraine as the fighting continues.

The Ukrainian government believes the rebels are in possession of BUK rocket launchers. The National Security Defense Council claims a BUK missile was used recently in Eastern Ukraine to down one of its’ drones.
