Ukraine’s military ambushed near MH17 crash site

The Ukrainian military says at least ten of their soldiers have been killed in an ambush close to the crash site of Malaysian Airline MH17.

The troops were moving closer to the town of Shakhtarsk when they were attacked by pro-Russian separatists. As the fighting intensifies, the Ukrainian government is throwing more resources into the conflict, including militia groups made up of volunteers.
