Egypt hopes to secure cease-fire talks

Egypt is “extremely sorry” for the failure to extend the cease-fire, said a statement from the Foreign ministry on Friday right after the attacks  resumed.

Most of the points that concern the Palestinian people have been agreed upon. The few that remained ignited the scene.

Cairo vowed to continue its mediation efforts and urged both sides to immediately commit to another cease-fire.
