Rural communities in Liberia are feeling the impact of the government’s emergency measures to contain the Ebola epidemic.

The Liberian government has instructed people not to leave their homes as they work to slow down the rate of new ebola infections.

It said that this is especially crucial in rural areas without local health resources.

This policy has raised further issues for people who must leave their towns to buy food or go to work.
