As the crisis continues in Ukraine, residents in the eastern region face supply shortages as heavy shelling continues to impact the area.

Russia says it will help the residents living in the separatist region of Luhansk through an aid convoy. The aid convoy has veered off a path approved by the International Red Cross, headed toward a separatist-held border crossing.
