Marriott is one company drastically expanding into Africa. But the hotel chain is also capitalizing on its steady growth in China.

The World Travel and Tourism Council estimates nearly 4 million jobs could be created by Africa’s tourism industry over the next ten years. But investors and entrepreneurs say the government is holding Africa back. They say obstacles such as land access, visa regulations, and lack of infrastructure are preventing investors from expanding destinations in Africa.

CCTV’s White House Correspondent Jessica Stone sat down with Marriott CEO Arne Sorenson to talk about the company’s plans for growth.
