Libya’s oil production trickles back as country strives to restore stability

Libya was once a bastion of oil production in Africa. However, with conflict making oil production and export an intermittent affair, the case today is a far cry from that. The main challenge has been the country’s political and military strife.

In the east of the country, production is now creeping back on stream. CCTV America’s Yasmine Ryan reports from the Al Hriga Port in Tobrouk.
