Chinese President Xi Jinping is in Tajikistan for the second and final day of the 14th summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). President Xi and 13 other leaders laid down some groundwork on how to increase regional and economic cooperation.

CCTV America’s Roee Ruttenberg reports from Dushanbe.
