Congress hears testimony on fighting Ebola

Those working on the front line in the fight against Ebola testified before the U.S. Congress this week including Ted Alemayhu, the founder of US Doctors for Africa.

In the fight against against Ebola, Sierra Leone instituted a nationwide lockdown for three days, confining the country’s six million residents to their homes. More than 2,600 people have died of Ebola across West Africa.
