The Chinese giant salamander, the Asiatic lion and the Siberian tiger are all among the world’s most endangered animal species. Keeping endangered wildlife from going extinct remains a major global challenge. However, one of the endangered species, the black-footed ferret, is on the comeback trail.
With scientists’ help, black-footed ferrets, while still endangered, are numerous enough that they’re being released back into the wild to ferret lovers’ delight. CCTV America’s Hendrik Sybrandy reports.
