In Afghanistan, rival presidential candidates signed a deal for a power-sharing government. CCTV America’s Sean Callebs reports.

This unity deal comes after months of turmoil over a disputed election that destabilized the nation. This is at a crucial time when most foreign troops prepare to leave.
