On January 12, 2010, a catastrophic 7.0 magnitude earthquake struck the small Caribbean nation of Haiti, killing more than 200,000 people and leaving more than one million homeless. The international community responded to the humanitarian disaster with billions in aid. Now, almost five years later, some progress has been made, but could much more have been accomplished to help Haiti get back on its feet? CCTV America’s John Gilmore reports.
