Ukraine has accused Russia of sending a large military convoy across their shared border.

The movement of military equipment and enemy fighters from the Russian Federation to the anti-terrorist operation zone is continuing. Ukraine officials said that the convey passed from Russian territory towards the town of Krasnyi Luch in the Luhansk region in eastern Ukraine. The convoy consisted of 32 tanks, 16 artillery systems, and 30 trucks carrying ammunition and fighters.

For more on the crisis in Ukraine, CCTV America interviewed Michael Kofman, a public policy scholar who has served as an adviser to U.S. government in Russia and Eurasia.
