Will ‘Facebook at Work’ really help end email backlogs?

Global Business

An estimated 165 billion emails are exchanged each day, mostly from spam. Finding time to prioritize all these messages can be overwhelming, especially with more people using email each year. The number of worldwide email accounts is expected to top 4.3 billion users by the end of 2016.

Data suggests nearly half the world’s internet users, around 45 percent, come from Asia followed by Europe, North America and Latin America. China has the highest number of Internet users in the world, at 565 million, while it’s Internet penetration was about 42 percent in 2012, according to the China Internet Network Information Center.
