Fans got hold of the latest titles and gadgets at the Taipei Game Show. This is one of leading international network and digital interactive game exhibitions in Asia. Much of the gamers’ attention remained on big console releases from industry titans. Mobile gaming also made its presence known. CCTV’s Yuan Yani reported the story from Taiwan.

Gaming is compulsive, addictive, and the subject of one of Asia’s biggest shows. At the Taipei Game Show, gamers got their hands on two upcoming titles for Sony’s PlayStation. “The Order: 1886” and “Bloodborne” are yet to be released and will be exclusive to the PlayStation console.

Visitors to the game show were allowed only 30 minutes inside a closed area to sample the new titles. For some, exclusive titles like these help make up their minds when shopping for a new console.

The game show was also hosting the official Intel Extreme Masters World Championship Series qualifying rounds for the game “StarCraft II” and “League of Legends”.

This year, Intel, with their Intel Core i7 processor, is bringing the Formula One racing experience to gamers.

Taipei Game Show was also featuring the newly-released “NBA Clutch Time” app which allows gamers to own and manage their own NBA team.

Taipei Game Show will run until February 1st at the Taipei World Trade Center. At the end of its stay, the game show will have hosted a total of 195 exhibitors.
