CCTV America photojournalists Andrew Smith and Joel Witte have been recognized for excellence by the White House News Photographers Association.

The 90-year-old organization (WHNPA) recognizes outstanding visual journalism by its more than 900 members.   Below is their award winning entries for you to watch.

Andrew Smith won awards in the Conflict/Disaster Coverage, News Feature, News Special Reports/Series photography categories. Smith also won in the Day Feature, News Feature,  and Long Form categories for editing.
