Consumer drones stir debate over legality after journalist arrests

Drones can be a sleek and mostly silent weapon of war, or just a simple hobby for consumer drone enthusiasts. Whatever the motive, police in Paris were still trying to find the operators of several mysterious drone flights over landmarks there this week.

An Al-Jazeera journalist is expected to plead guilty next week to flying an unlicensed drone over Paris, which is illegal.

CCTV America interviewed unmanned aircraft specialist Chris Miser. Miser is also a former Air Force officer and the owner of a company that makes-and-sells drones.
