A Delta plane has skidded off a runway while landing at LaGuardia Airport. The Fire Department of New York says no injuries have been reported.

Port Authority spokesman Joe Pentangelo says the MD-80 went off the runway at around 11:10 a.m. (1610 GMT) Thursday.

WABC reports that the plane hit a fence. Pentangelo says he can’t confirm that.

Pentangelo says the plane is apparently leaking fuel.

It isn’t clear how many people were on board or where the flight had originated.
