ISIL is a stubborn presence in Syria where the civil war is about to enter its fifth year. Turkey and the United States remain at odds over how to deal with the crisis with no solution in sight, some say it’s time for the West to rethink its regional strategy. CCTV’s Natalie Carey has more from Istanbul.
